Mackenzie is a multifaceted writer, director that has dedicated the better half of his life honing and understanding the beauty of cinema. As having previously studying mathematics at university, Mackenzie strives for absolute perfection in storytelling. From writing, all the way through to editing, Mackenzie is meticulous in his craft, ever to ensure his vision is captured correctly.

Mackenzie is currently in his final semester at QUT studying a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Majoring in Film, Screen and New Media, and plans on creating his own production company, utilising his network of contacts within the industry and develop films that speak on contemporary and underlying sociological issues as well as the human state. He believes that the power of film has the potential to move, change, and inspire people to widen their perspective and take in new experiences - defining them as an individual.
